Do you want to die soon then go make an appointment with this group. I hate this place. I would not take my dog to this place. The whole place should be shut down. These doctors at this place are just there to take your money. Take yourself to another place if you want to live.

After some difficulty was able to schedule a virtual appointment - would have preferred in-person but was told it would take significantly longer to set up. The doctor seemed distracted during the virtual appointment and needed answers given more than once. At length, was able to get an adjustment to my medication and get it sent for a refill. Several days passed with no action so I called, only to be informed that the medications were sent to an old pharmacy my insurance no longer covered. I carefully and explicitly explained the situation to the office assistant who assured me it would be corrected immediately. The next day my pharmacy informed me that they had received ONE prescription - one out of what was supposed to be five, including anti-anxiety and anti-seizure medication. I once

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They denied service to my partner. He arrived there 8 minutes late and all the receptionist refused to talk to him. They would hang up the phone, then go to another call. Then the doctor came out asking if it was a no show and then they said, "Oh are you here to check-in? It's too late now". HE WAS THERE FOR 10 MINUTES WAITING. I called to ask what happened and they kept saying "Oh he was only here for 5 minutes". We then asked for a doctors note and they gave us one saying "He arrived late so we canceled his appointment" - so helpful, thank you. Also the entire time he was there, the waiting room was empty, yet the doctor cant see him until 2 weeks from now... All because this is through workers comp and they don't want to deal with it. If you are sick, find another doctor. It's impossible to book appointments here. I've tried making a sick appointment on multiple occasions and was told there were no openings every time. I was forced to go to urgent cares and on another occasion the ER. Also, when I call, if I'm lucky, I'll get someone. Usually your put on hold and left there. My last straw now is I tried to make an appointment for my son. A general check up and vaccines. I made it well over a month ago (and it's still a month away from today). I just received a text message advising me the schedule has changed and they can no longer accommodate me, to please call the office. I'm done. The one positive I have for this office is Dr Jamie. I do like her. But it's impossible to see her (or any other doctor for that matter),

Doctors here are amazing especially Dr. Rygielski Highly recommend being a patient here if you want a primary care physician who truly cares about you and your family. UPDATE- so I've been a patient here since before they were even medical office. They were originally an urgent care and to see how this place has gone downhill since Dr. Rygielski has left is sad. I brought my entire family here because of how great this office was. She was the best doctor at this place and now that she's gone, the quality of patient care has gone downhill, can never get an appointment and their office staff has no idea what's going on.
