Atlantic Health Urgent Care

I came here as my husband has been a patient here two or three times before. Unfortunately, I had a less than pleasant experience. I made an appointment and waited almost 50 minutes in the exam room when there was only one other patient back there. The doctor prescribed three mediations however never called them into the pharmacy and when I called the next day the staff said the doctor was off and they’d have to text him To see what he was supposed to prescribe me- suggesting there wasn’t even a note in my chart! Honestly pretty negligent if you ask me.

Great staff, nice facility. Got there early enough that we didn’t have to wait long. The Dr was nice, listened to my situation and ordered appropriate meds. Not sure if they maybe should have done a COVID test but other than that a nice visit. Great that they use EPIC medical record as that is where most of my stuff is in Colorado.

We made an appointment for 12:30 and we're very lucky had no wait. The receptionist was wonderful. Happy, helpful and fast. Went in to see the doctor and the assistant that took out vitals and questions was once again happy and very helpful. The doctor came in, listened to our problems, did a quick exam and explained what was necessary. He was very through and told us was we needed and made sure the prescriptions were sent to our drug store. I was very impressed with the whole process. From beginning to end, everyone was happy and very helpful. Thank you all. It's refreshing to see people enjoying their work.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The doctor’s first name was Mathew. I liked him and he did a great job. We are lucky to have a good urgent care.

My experience was actually nice front door reception was magnificent. The young lady who waited on me was so profound in helping me doing her job wow. She was just overall considerate making sure I was okay. Great service. I forgot her name she was middle aged with glasses shoulder length hair. I'm only describing her so if the staff reads this they know exactly who I'm speaking of.
