Atlantic Health System Immediate Care

Absolutely no empathy. The front desk staff only care about going home. I walked in at 7.32 and they told me they stop taking at 7.30, even though they are open till 8.00. I tried explaining my situation and requested to give an exception but they don't care at all.

Staff does not care, no physician was present on site and they didn't have basic equipment. The place is understaffed and care standards are scarily lax. Went in for extreme abdominal pain and didn't receive any diagnosis, referral (because no physician present) or testing. They basically asked me to go to my pcp again. What is the point of immediate care if you dont have medical staff on site

The staff were extremely kind and professional, providing attentive care. The front desk and medical team were both welcoming and efficient. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and advise the course of action.

Staff accurately diagnosed someone having a heart attack, took correct actions, and gave an excellent report to the transport team that showed up to move the patient to a hospital. Kudos.

Everyone, reception and medical staff were pleasant and professional. Walked in and was seen quickly. Excellent care!
