ATI Physical Therapy

Nicole, Brian, Joe and the whole team at ATI did a great job for me. They very much work as a team, as you might have someone different depending on schedules. They focused on form, ensuring and reminding me to do the appropriate movements for each exercise. Their attention to that as well as pushing me to increase as appropriate the resistance was great. I will always use them for my future PT needs as I go on my road with an aging body.

Joe and Nicolo are knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to my needs and concerns. They did a great job helping me get my knee functioning again. The whole staff, including Eric, was caring and supportive. I had a wonderful experience with ATI in Lexington and already miss them!

Kelley Burbine is a wonderful PT. I was very apprehensive on needing PT. From the very first visit with Kelley she has made me comfortable. Kelley is very knowledgeable. There is another PT who occasionally assists Kelley. Unfortunately I do not know her name. She also makes me feel comfortable. I am impressed with your staff on Bedford Street in Lexington. I am especially pleased with Kelley and the work she does. She is a credit to your organization.

I recently started my PT at ATI and so far I am very impressed by the attention to detail and program design that the ATI team has put together for me. Can't wait to see the final result after my 6-week program.

I had a very disappointing experience at ATI Physical Therapy. From my initial visit, I didn’t feel particularly impressed. My physical therapist appeared extremely tired, and the evaluation felt rushed and superficial. Despite this, I decided to give the place another chance before making a final decision. However, during my most recent visit on Thursday, my PT was juggling three patients at the same time, including me—and then took on a fourth patient about 30 minutes later into the session. I was honestly shocked. Handling three patients simultaneously already seemed excessive, but four was simply unacceptable. What made it worse was the lack of communication. My therapist didn’t inform me that she would be seeing multiple patients at once, nor did she offer any kind of apology or exp
