Athens Oral & Facial Surgery

Had my first appointment here today for an extraction and they did amazing. The whole staff that I interacted with while there was wonderful. The Dr was quick once started and I was in and out pretty quickly once I was brought back to a room. He and the assistant(I really wish I could remember her name) made sure I was comfortable and doing okay during the whole extraction process. They were both very sweet people. Thank you for taking care of me and making sure I'm no longer in pain. Teeth issues are no joke and they took care of it!

Brought my son in for wisdom teeth removal, the consultation went fine Dr Medel answered all my questions and I felt comfortable but once the day of the procedure arrived, we waited 30 mins just to be called back and I called the day before to see how long we would be there at the office. The receptionist was rude and looked at me like an inconvenience when I asked how much longer after sitting almost 30 min waiting to go back since they were all standing and chatting at the front. No one explained what was going while they were doing it and I had to go back and wait before he even fell asleep. I won’t be coming back anymore just because of the lack of customer service.

Wonderful people! From start to finish, they walk you through every step and make sure you are confident in the next. Both my kids and husband have seen both Dr. Medels and have had great experiences.

These people are awesome!! I had a bad tooth (turned out to be 2) and needed them pulled. The pain was brutal. They took me in right away and 40mins later both teeth were pulled, no pain at all and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend. The surgeon was a really cool guy

Nicolas has done procedures for both me and my girlfriend, and has done a wonderful job each time. He is so knowledgeable and really takes pride in what he does. He also cares so much about his patients and it shows every time we have been there. The staff in the office is so friendly, which helps make a trip to the dentist not so bad. We will definitely be using him for any of our future procedures, and I recommend him to everyone I know.
