I have seen Dr. Richards and continue to follow her recommendations with good results. I am due for another visit since I am currently working with Erin Richards, Nutritionist at AFM. We are taking the dietary changes slowly and gathering data which will help with the next adjustments. The knowledge of the science and the “working with” approach are making this an exciting adventure.
