I recently visited Athens Dental Art due to severe tooth pain and was disappointed with the service I received. Despite my urgent condition, the clinic only took pictures and referred me to another location in West Virginia for a root canal, which would require a two-week wait. They mentioned they would call if there were cancellations, but the prospect of waiting in pain was concerning. When I called to request an extraction instead, they informed me that I would need to wait over a month to be seen in another building.
