This is one of the best experiences I've had with a health care provider! As a DJ in Miami, South Florida, Key Largo, Islamorada and the Florida Keys specializing in Weddings and Events, I especially appreciated the thoroughness, courtesy, and exceptional bedside manner I got from knowledgeable APRN Katia Carmona, plus she took her time and patiently answered my questions and explained things in a manner I've rarely encountered with a healthcare professional. Her Medical Assistant Evelyn was equally kind, patient, and thorough. I had no idea that allergy testing could be so thorough and professional! The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and modern (see pics and video) Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Cousins is fantastic!! After suffering from allergies and being diagnosed wrongly for the past 50 years she found the cause of my hives, itching , stuffing nose, burning eyes, and set a treatment plan that has reduced my symptoms 90% . She is patient and very funny with all her’s patients.

Love the place. Locatin is convenient with Plenty parking. They are very punctual and respect patient's time. The new provider Dr Cousins is very kind, and patient. I'm glad I chose this doctor office.

De. Stacy is very sweet, but her front staff and clinic policies seems to to get in the way of providing proper care. I have been dealing with hives for over 3 months now. This clinic accepted my insurance so that’s why I chose it. Since my allergy test (3 different tests) I still don’t know the cause of my allergies. Today I was having a really bad allergy reaction. Went to the clinic. The front desk explained I needed a referral. Since I would have to wait for the referral I asked to pay private. They informed me that if I paid private, I would have to sign a term committing to pay private for a whole year. I asked them why and didn’t know how to explain the reason behind this. I left he clinic crying and ended up in urgent care. I’m never returning. I can’t be going to place where I don
