Had to switch doctor offices and they exceeded my expectations. They were extremely nice over the phone and got us in so fast…:like same day. So friendly and just overall nice. It was nice to have the front desk be so welcoming... they actually had a conversation with me and didn’t make me feel like I was just another random person coming in. Not only to me but to my child. The nurse was so sweet and the docter was as well. For a first visit I give it a 10/10.

Would give zero stars if I could. Was judged for wanting to space out our daughter’s vaccines due to her having a severe reaction the last time she got them. It’s hard being a parent and going to a Dr that is going to judge your parenting doesn’t make it any easier.

Dr. Charity Brown is the best pediatrician ever. I feel very comfortable that my kids are under her care. She is a great listener and teacher. She is non judge mental and listens to my perspectives no matter how big, small or silly with an open heart and gives unbiased feedback. Her nurse Jasmine is also very knowledgeable, loving and kind. Being a newcomer to the VA area- I am so happy I did thorough research and found an amazing team of people who treat my kids as their own.

The best office in my opinion. Everyone working there is knowledgeable and incredibly nice. I never feel shamed if I need to reschedule, the office is clean, and I know my son is receiving thorough and excellent medical care which is the most important thing. I’ve developed a lot of respect and favoritism for this office since having my son a little over a year ago. He loves going and seeing everyone. Being a person who takes a lot of time and research before choosing, I’d highly recommend this location if you’re looking for an office that’s trustworthy, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I highly recommend working with Dr. Vellenoweth.

We have been seeing Dr. Charity Brown for many years now and she is absolutely great!!! We highly recommend her services. However, there are a couple of issues: 1. The wait time is something that they don’t care about. Almost always more than half hour!!! Today, after many years of tolerating this, I did provide my feedback at the clinic. Unfortunately, the person noting it down did not seem to want engage or know more about the issue. Why this apathy? Is our time not important? 2. Also, I wish the nurses take more effort in making sure they pronounce the name properly. We are in 2021 and this is a racially diverse area. “Cannot be bothered” attitude about how we address patients is quite unsettling! Thanks
