How are they still operating? Receptionist is the sweetest, most helpful person in that entire practice. The nurse who does the intake is absolutely deranged. She’s playing loud worship music (which is beautiful) while at the same time being rude, uninterested, rolling her eyes as the patient is providing the information she asks for and huffing/puffing when her Spanish cannot be understood. She insisted on speaking Spanish tho my English speaking grandfather when Spanish isn’t her or his first language. Why make things more difficult? Fantastic, you passed all Duolingo courses but your discrimination is showing. She needs to be checked or checked in. What is going on?

This clinic has absolutely no regard for its patients. My 88 year old mother has a physician (provider) there. He is unreachable. During a recent health concern she was told that she would be unable to speak to her provider and she should go to the walk in clinic to be seen. When she got there at around 1:30 pm she was told that the walk in clinic was closed and she should come early the following day to secure a spot. (My mother is not ambulatory and requires Assistance) i was with my mother and questioned why she was told on the phone that the walk in clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9 to 6. I was informed that the call center is unaware of how the clinic works. After waiting an hour to see if my mother could be seen She was informed that a doctor could “possibly “ see her at 6pm

Wait to speak with a representative to request refills or make a simple appointment is. ~ 1 hour. I feel sorry for the patients who are actually sick and have to wait this long to speak with someone. I am hoping management hires more staff or make some changes in their scheduling department. Getting into care during COVID is already difficult for most patients.

Not sure where to start. We have staff walking around without a mask in a clinic that is only supposed to be seeing ELDERLY people. We have 3 people at the desk and no one is able to check the 7 people that are on line waiting to be checked in because the person who asks questions is running late. We have a patient screaming in the back that she is sick, has shortness of breath and can't wait to be checked in. I am just so confused.

My appointment went well and I was pleased to meet my new doctor. She was thorough, personable and explained everything that I was concerned about. All the other logistics went smoothly. This is the most professional institution in the world
