Aspirus Pharmacy - Wausau

I've been going here for around a year... I can't complain. They are usually super quick when it comes to filling my medication. Most of the time, they surprise me and refill my prescriptions early.

Even though I am more of an unusual client that they are not used to treating, they work with me to provide the best care. Have been going here routinely for around a year. Their automatic refill system is efficient and my prescription(s) are usually available the next day. During the pandemic shutdown, they were able to help me as well with the curb side pick up. I reccomend them and wouldn't go to any other place. Thank You to the dedicated pharmacy staff for keeping this place running smoothly. Your hard work is not unnoticed.

I am BEYOND pissed!!!! On Fri, they called and I paid my husband’s copay, for his nebulizer treatment, over the phone. I told Neesa that he only had a couple left. They don’t ship on Fridays so they said it would be shipped on Monday. Today…nothing. So I called again. They didn’t have any in stock YESTERDAY, so they had to order it. They KNEW on Friday he needed it!! So why did they wait until Monday to order it?? It’ll be TWO more days before he gets it!! HE’S OUT NOW!!!! Evidently you haven’t watched someone that can’t breathe. And all she could say was I’m sorry!! Sorry doesn’t cut it!!! You lost a customer and I hope a lot more!!!!

To put it simple… They don’t care who they screw over or how they do it. They aren’t there for customer satisfaction, just your money. Make no mistake, if they can screw you over, THEY WILL but they’ll do it with a smile, so there’s that!

Aspirus Pharmacy makes refills easy. Staff go out of their way to provide information on my insurance coverage, watch for coupon programs from the manufacturers and answer any questions I have.
