Dr. Doan and Queen were absolutely amazing! The receptionists were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. I went in for a procedure and felt very well taken care of the entire time. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. If I could rate them 1000/10, I would!

Amazing experience at Aspen Dental today, Mrs. Sarai at the front desk was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Mrs. Tiffany, the hygienist, who was gentle, patient, and very informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Quinn, the dental technician, was also amazing professional, attentive, and compassionate, especially knowing I was in pain and facilitated the X-ray and imagery. And finally, Dr. Pickard was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took my pain seriously. I had such a wonderful experience at this dentist office, I had to leave a review. Every single person I interacted with—the receptionist, the dental assistants, the hygienist, the doctor, and even the branch manager—was absolutely fabulous. Professional, informative, and genuinely kind. Compared to my last experience at a private dental practice, the difference was night and day. Here, I felt truly taken care of, listened to, and advised with honesty. I left feeling relieved, confident, and grateful. I honestly wish I had found them sooner. If you want to be treated like a real person and not just rushed through an appointment, this is the place to go. And their pricing is very reasonable, with or without insurance, which made the quality of care even more impressive. Highly recommend

My experience was excellent. Ms. Lawren was excellent with my EX Ray's and guiding me. The hygienist Ms. Tiffany was excellent and thorough with her examination. Absolutely loved this place, they were very straightforward and honest. The pricing isn’t too bad. It was really easy going. I loved all the staff and Rhea the Office Manager was really sweet. Dr. Pickard was honest and had amazing knowledge, he was really sweet as well. I look forward to working with all of them through my dental needs.
