Aspen Dental - Suffolk, VA (Harborview)

Mariah is the best, she made sure the experience was great. When i went in to get my tooth pulled she made sure my imprint was taken so i wouldnt have to wait longer than needed. The day of my appointment she kept checking to make sure I was OK and had everything prepped and ready to go. She was attentive to the cares of myself and the provider she was working with. She is always a pleasure to have and Aspen is lucky to have her.

The team there is efficient and professional. The dentist is excellent and relaxed. For it to be a bigger chain, this location is hands down better than other private local dentist offices where (at the other places) I’ve ended up worse off based on their goals to get another dollar out of a patient Va taking care of the patient. At this Aspen location, I feel taken care of and not taken advantage of!

So after difficulty discussing our appts with the office team and the rudness received; even from their management about them overbooking on mine and my wife's appt and rescheduling after a month of waiting. They wanted to reschedule us a week before the appt. Giving us NO time to get another dentist especially around this time of year. After knowing how extremely bad I was having pain. They lied on multiple occasions one office manager stating it was due to training, they had no control over, that it's "corporates fault" for dropping training on them last minute. Then on another call for the same issue from another part of the office team stating it's because they over book to cover empty spots. In case someone cancels and it happens all the time. Then they sent us confirmation after mess

The experienced I had at this dental office was excellent. I would like to shout out to Mariah for her marvelous work ethic. She has alway shown passionate and love in her work. When I visited she has always shown great customer service. Thank you for all that you do for the community!

The staff and Doctors were very efficient and treated me with respect. They made sure I fully understood what treatment was needed. And asked if I was interested in any cosmetic procedures. No pressure.
