Aspen Dental - Springfield, PA

I had to find a new dentist because I was so unhappy with where I went the first time to get dentures. I'm so glad Aspen was the place I was told about and went to. I never left one appointment at Aspen disappointed like I did the first place I went to. The doctor is really nice and I especially loved the way Alyssa, one of the technicians, always treated me so kind and listened to all my needs and never dismissed me. Getting dentures is a journey and process that you never want to be upset with the result or the the people helping you. I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend to anyone, especially people getting dentures done

From the door the experience was excellent and professional. The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming, the office manager was proactive and knew her business, the hygenist was thorough and kind and the doctor was caring and informative. This is now my new dental office.🦷 By the way I called and made an appointment on a Sunday for an emergency. They fit me in the next day during a snowstorm the next morning.

It was great. Everyone was professional, friendly, explained everything they were doing, took their time to do it correctly. I have a small mouth and a severe gag reflex so it's hard to get things done sometimes and the tech's were very patient. The dental hygiendis and I discuss our cats. I will be getting my Moto clear aligners, which are much less expensive than Invisalign

UPDATE: Well, that didn’t take long to go south. Leaving original review text below. Upon my return for a follow-up, after having two teeth extracted on an emergency basis, I discussed catching up on some of my routine dental care briefly with Dr Shukla. I happen to have a minor cavity I’m aware of that needs to get filled. But, after waiting over an hour after my appointment time, they sent in the hygienist to give me the hard sell on thousands of dollars of mostly cosmetic stuff, like Invisalign, ostensibly because it was necessary to fight periodontal disease, If it were medically necessary, it wouldn’t be almost completely out-of-pocket. But they take you out of the clinical setting and into the business setting to secure funding right away. When I found out it would be thousands I dec
