Aspen Dental - Springfield, MA

The office manager, Ed Is great. Low key, low pressure. Efficient friendly service. Thorough competent dental staff. The dentist was excellent also. I liked knowing the total cost of my treatment plan. I'd give them 5 stars but if the diagnosis includes root canals that's a little tough.

My experience at Aspen Dental was great! From the booking of my appointment especially last minute, to the way the staff treated me and each other was so respectful, kind, thorough, and accommodating. I do not live local to this particular Aspen dental however I will remain going there because of their amazing customer service.

I have had a different dentist for years. But 6 months ago he told me that I had a huge cavity in my lower left molar amd he couldn't fill it nor could he extract it. He said I had to go to an oral surgeon. Wow. So I went to Aspen Dental is Springfield, MA and after X-Ray were taken . The dentist explained to me exactly what was going on. Also that tooth was infected amd I had bone loss there as well. He had a plan, first get rid of the infection, then they could extract the tooth. The cost was minimal. Everyone was professional, yet personal. They took the time to explain everything. The place was clean. If you need a great dentist to go Aspen Dental!

I've had three partials made over the last 20 years and it's always been one impression,wait a week, then the dentist would adjust it. No problems. Today, I went to get my new partial and it wasn't even close to fitting. One side was too high and the whole bridge rocked from side to side. This is after four impressions and today, the tech and lab trying to adjust it. Then she said the dentist who normally helps with fittings is on vacation. Why was I even scheduled today? She said they could send it out for a liner that would take another two weeks. This has been going on for over a month of visits. On top of that, I was made to pay the balance before I was seen today. I told the clerk I wanted to make sure the partial fit but she said I couldn't be seen without paying the $1200 balance. N

Great experience with the staff and outstanding attitude. Service was great smile , attention. Knowledgeable about insurance and advice and how to help with financing. (Shot out for Gerthy and all the young women)
