Aspen Dental - Snellville, GA

Truly would never recommend aspen to anybody. They do not care for the patients and treat it like they are only there for a check and not to actual help patients. The only one that was okay was the lady who goes over your plan and pricing. Everyone is so rushy. The lady Doctor couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my mouth and was very much rushing. No help at all. The assistant had trouble doing my X-rays which was very frustrating because I was already in pain. The hygienist (lady) was dry and bland. Front desk receptionist was rushy as well. It’s like everyone there was feeding off each other energies. I just would not recommend this place to anyone. They only have a doctor come out one time a month for oral surgery. Doctor told me I’ll have to stay in pain until I get my wisdoms r

I had a great experience at this dental office, and Jasmine truly made the visit exceptional. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, so I was a little nervous going in, but Jasmine made me feel comfortable right away. She was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and that I felt at ease during the visit. That kind of care and customer service really makes a difference, especially for someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a while. Employees like Jasmine are a big reason people come back to this office. Her professionalism and kindness stood out, and she definitely deserves recognition for the great work she does in my opinion, she absolutely deserves a raise.

This team was absolutely amazing! I had to get a tooth extracted & it was so easy & fast. EVERY team member I interacted with was very nice & amazing! The team made me feel comfortable the whole time! The best dental experience I’ve had it a long time!! Shoutout to Jaz, Ciera & Dr KT. Yall are amazing & I will come back!!

I am visiting the Snellville area and I unfortunately broke my tooth. I was able to get an emergency appointment at the local Aspen dentist the following morning. The staff was very professional and friendly. They explained all my options and were able to treat me right away. They had all the up to date equipment needed to repair my tooth. Dr. TK and the dental assistant, Sierra were extremely meticulous, took their time and did an amazing job! I was pleasantly surprised that the cost for a new crown was so reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Aspen Dental Snellville is absolutely amazing!!! They are very caring, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. Keith and Ciara was stunning. Keith did an excellent job with helping me understand my treatment plan and finance plan . Ciara was very supportive and kind . She told me everything she was doing before she did anything as well as what was going to be done. Awesome job !
