Aspen Dental - Saint Cloud, MN

I will NEVER go to Aspen again, nor take my family. One out of five stars is one star too many. I made an appointment online more than three weeks ago. I was called two days later, on the day of my appointment, to reschedule for a week later. I waited the week for my appointment. I was seen on the 25th. I got what I was told would be enough for my referral to hand over to Centrasota, so I took it immediately there. I have called Centrasota repeatedly to ask when my appointment is for an extraction, but every time I call they inform me that Aspen Dental has not sent my paperwork over! That they sent Aspen Dental a request on the 4th for more information. It is now the 9th, I manually had my papers picked up today from Aspen AGAIN to bring to Centrasota to expedite my procedure, and would

After Christmas this year I had a cap come off. After postponing an immediate appointment due to being ill, I was able to get in today where I had my issue dealt with professionally and quickly. The business was clean and modern and everyone I came into contact with was friendly and personable. I'd like to say a special thank-yous to the Dentist , who understood my situation completely and went out of his way to accommodate my concerns, the assistant who was with me through the entire process & answered every question I had for him, as well as the Client service representative out front. Thanks to the team here I will again be able to eat , drink, & speak normally.

Not the best experience at all. The tech who my x rays did not know what she was doing and did not know which way to point the x ray and kept on needing help. I did let them know one the way out that she needed further training and was told that she is just an intern. It that was the case then I should have been told this and she should have more supervision. After the x rays I was sat down to have a full work up and was asking all kinds of questions for more services. I explained that I don’t need all this and that I just need my tooth looked at to have it extracted. I then was told that would be a $115 charge for less services and then charged for the extraction and not the $29 charge for x ray and work up. This is when I knew this $29 fee is a bait and switch to get all these extra se

Had my first ever cleaning, experience was absolutely amazing and the young lady who did it was phenomenal and caring. I asked for nitrous oxide and they gave it to me no questions asked unlike other dentists I've been to who argue with me if I really need it. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

All staff kind, helpful, and straightforward. Nothing fancy, but they did a great job on my crown, and helped me reschedule the final (2nd) appointment before my insurance changed.
