Aspen Dental - Rockford, IL

⭐ 2/5 I visited the Aspen Dental in Rockford, IL, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The location itself is nice, clean, and well-decorated — the waiting area looks welcoming, especially with the seasonal decorations and comfortable seating. The staff was polite, but the biggest issue for me was the waiting time. They were clearly understaffed, but that’s something that should be communicated right away when a patient checks in. Instead, I waited much longer than expected with no updates, which really affected the visit overall. For a clinic that promotes convenience and walk-ins, clearer communication would make a huge difference. There’s always room for improvement, and I hope they work on better staffing and transparency so future visits can match the quality of their

I had such a great experience at this dental office! The entire team was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Amanda was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Baños took the time to explain everything clearly and made the appointment stress-free. You can really tell they care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for amazing dental care!

The staff is wonderful, especially Crystal. She explained every aspect of my treatment plan clearly. Dr. Banos was fabulous. She is very gentle and experienced. Loved having the radio going during my extractions. The office staff was helpful and presented many different options and payment plans. I am very happy with the service at Aspen Dental.

I'm always treated exceptionally well at Aspen Dental! Every team member I've had the pleasure of meeting has went above & beyond when it comes to their patients. Dr.Banos is the BEST ! She has a way of making you feel calm & comfortable. Her dental assistant Crystal is amazing as well! She's attentive & brilliant! Extremely kind! Recommendation 100/100 😀

Dr. Banos and team is absolutely amazing. I have significant anxiety around dental visits and am neurodivergent, so going to the dentist can be extremely overwhelming for me. Dr. Banos was patient, gentle, and explained everything before doing it, which helped me feel calm and in control the entire time. She never rushed me and truly listened to my concerns. The whole office feels welcoming and supportive, not intimidating. If you’re nervous about the dentist, I genuinely can’t recommend her enough. I’m so grateful to have found this practice.
