Aspen Dental - Roanoke, VA

Layaly was amazing! She took the time to explain proper hygiene and what an awesome cleaning! She also cleaned my son’s teeth and made him feel at ease and praised him for taking such good care of his teeth! He’s no longer apprehensive about going to the dentist! The staff and Doctor are friendly and amazing. I recommend to everyone!

I had a great first appointment at Aspen Dental. The staff was polite and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Anastacia and Layaly, and I have nothing but good things to say. I brought my mother with me, and it made me very happy to see how well she was treated. I know we were a bit of a mess going back and forth since she speaks Spanish and I had to interpret for her, but the staff made everything easy and comfortable. I will definitely see you all again at my next appointment.

Anastacia was amazing super friendly!!! Very nice and makes the experience so easy and comfortable! Dr. Mughawish was extremely comforting and very detailed on what they can do to help! Would recommend 100%

My father's overall experience was not horrible but could have been a little better. The dentist himself was more into himself than his patients. He made my Dad uncomfortable when reviewing his x-rays saying things out loud that should have been kept to himself or told to his hygienist in private. It made the beginning a bit scary for him. Explanation of payments could have been more thoroughly discussed when they call an elderly person. The best part for him was Kristy, if it wasn't for her I think it would have been a complete fail. She was kind and patient and explained things to my father's understanding. We would always request her and no one else so if you want to feel welcomed I would definitely ask for her.

My best experience ever. They were the friendliest people I've ever met in my life. The best dentist office I've ever went to in my life. I met the best dentist there today she was wonderful. She met my needs that I really wanted to do and she is going to make me very happy. He's going to give me my smile back that I've been waiting for for a long long time.
