I had an excellent experience at this dental practice. Dr. Colby is truly outstanding—his knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine compassion immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I also want to give special recognition to Ms. Leslie, who consulted with me and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt supported every step of the way. The dental assistants were equally amazing—professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care with a personal, compassionate touch.

I was so nervous because of the mixed reviews but I had the best experience. Dr. Borrel was the greatest. He's caring and efficient. He makes sure everything is numb and checks with you thru the whole process. Elsie, his assistant, was the sweetest person to ever exist. She constantly checks on you. They made a great team. The hygienist was awesome also. Definitely, loved the team i had today!

I had extractions done and got dentures, and honestly the experience was way better than I expected. Dr. Colby was thorough and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The assistant Taylor was amazing too super kind and attentive the whole time. The extractions went smoothly and my dentures fit great. Highly recommend this office.

I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. Dr. Colby was compassionate and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout my extractions. Ms. Leslie took the time to clearly explain my dental plan, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. Taylor was exceptionally kind and went the extra mile to comfort me when I wasn’t at my best; she sat with me and talked me through accepting my new top denture journey. I also want to recognize Haley and Jamerica for being on top of my new insurance the very first time I used it. I didn’t even realize my employer had switched companies, but they handled everything upfront with no surprise charges. The entire team was honest, professional, and genuinely caring.

I went in for first time visit to get my routine cleaning and check up which is covered by my insurance at 100% along with x-rays. They did the x-rays. Told me there was no cavities and proceeded to start trying to sell me things like a deep cleaning that is not covered by my insurance. After spending 3 hours there and they never had given me my routine cleaning. I had to return to work so I left, with the expectation of returning after making a new appointment. When I made the new appointment for the routine cleaning, I was told the only cleaning they would give me is the deep cleaning that’s not covered by my insurance. And how would I like to pay for it up front? This was also told to me in a very disrespectful way by the receptionist as she hung up on me. Do not recommend this particu
