From the initial phone call with Alex who is so pleasant and helpful, to all of the kind staff members I encountered during my visit, I knew that I had found a new home in Aspen Dental. Alex walked me through the preliminaries and even wrapped up all of my billing inquiries at the end of my appointment with a smile. This team has a great leader in Dr. Golden!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. The care was awesome! Everyone was friendly and professional. One staff member, Wilayah, really stood out — she was brutally honest, transparent, and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciate that and how well she treated me.

Hello, I came in for an emergency appointment due to severe pain around my wisdom tooth. I appreciated that they were able to see me on short notice, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The dentist only glanced at the area for about 10 seconds and then told his assistant to discuss scheduling wisdom tooth removal with me. While I understand they likely need to be removed, my main concern was the pain I was actively experiencing. Later, another office confirmed the area was actually infected from trapped food. With a bit more time, basic questioning, and a thorough exam, this could have been identified during my visit. I left feeling rushed and unheard, which is frustrating when you’re coming in for an urgent issue.

Aspen Dental offers exceptional customer service, and all the workers are incredibly friendly and professional. Today, I visited for a tooth extraction, and the entire process was smooth and painless. The pain levels during the operation were minimal, with a 1 on the pain scale. I truly appreciate their excellent service and can’t wait to continue visiting this location for other dental procedures. Thank you!

The staffs were great!!!.Everyone there treated me with respect and I felt welcomed. It was my first appt at this office. Dr. GOLDEN and Jasmine G. We're both very knowledgeable. I received great treatment from everyone at this facility. They actually show that they care about their patients. I definitely would recommend this office for anyone who is looking for great dental care.
