I'm a first time patient & from the time I walked in til the time I left, everyone there was very friendly and professional. I had a very educational experience with the doctor and hygienist. They gave me a dental plan that fit my budget after insurance paid; which was very good. It was easy to finance the balance I owe. I highly recommend this office. It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be.

Let me say that my experiences with dentists have not been the best in the past. Horrifying to say the least. I have only been here for the first consultation, but everyone was very kind. From the receptionist & with everyone I encountered. They explained everything about the process for dentures & answered all questions I had. They were super accommodating. They took the time I needed & I felt cared for. I felt very comfortable with the wonderful staff. I can’t remember the dentist’s name, but I liked her right away. Nice facility. Can’t wait for the next steps to achieve my perfect smile.

Do NOT use Aspen Dental. I went to the Middleburg office for a consultation for a redo root canal. I wanted to send my records from my dentist over. They insisted on doing their own X-rays and told me it was free. The receptionist told me that the first appointment is free. Their commercial says the same thing. I went to the appointment and scheduled the redo root canal. They insisted I pay $947.86 up front. That my insurance would pay the rest. I did. A few days later I learned that they charged my insurance for the first appointment. It was not free. They lied to me. I did not want a procedure done by people who lie. I checked out their reviews, and they are awful. I cancelled my appointment and asked for my money back. They gave me a partial refund. They held back $193. It was to pay fo

The staff Elizabeth, Sara and Heather were professional, personable and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and important. They gave me their time and attention and answered all my questions. The Dentist was outstanding in explaining everything. I liked her and her staff. I highly recommend this group.
