Usually dont like dentist but the crew at 4011 wards road gave me the best experience! Tabitha did my cleaning absolutely 100000 stars best cleaning ive ever had! Amanda and Hailey went through the cost effortlessly and put me at ease! Dr Ekoh is funny and great bedside manner, love his explanation made it easy to understand. Extraction was flawless didnt feelanything. You need a dental office definitely come here!!! All dental assistance were amazing and thorough and made me feel at ease.

I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. From the moment you arrive, the entire team shows an amazing attitude and level of care, which really helps you feel relaxed throughout every step of the appointment. I especially want to highlight Amanda—she is a wonderful and very pleasant person who takes the time to explain everything clearly, helping you understand and find the best options for you. Overall, the clinic has a great work atmosphere that makes you leave not only with a beautiful smile, but also a brighter and healthier one. Highly recommended!

This was a great experience so far i have been set up for an appointment next week to get things done. I had great help especially from Janette who helped me navigate the payments plans and set up my next appointments. She answered all my questions and is a great addition to the aspen dental team :)

My experience today at Aspen Dental in Lynchburg was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, the receptionist did not greet me or offer any instructions. She remained on the phone while I stood directly in front of her. I eventually noticed a sign-in sheet and signed myself in, only then seeing a small sign instructing patients to sign in and be seated. A simple two-second verbal instruction would have avoided the confusion altogether. The waiting room itself was not well maintained, with visible trash on the floor. The dental assistant who took me back and completed my X-rays was professional and pleasant — the only positive part of the visit. Unfortunately, the dentist who came in afterward seemed disengaged, spoke very softly, and appeared nonchalant throughout the

Lost my business at the front desk. Booked an emergency same-day appt on their website. Was told by the front desk that they do not allow same day appts and that I would be required to get X-rays and exam and they'll figure it out from there. I explained that the website allowed me to make an appt but was told "yea it does that" with no further explanation if I even had an appt scheduled today or not. Attempted to explain the issue that I am having to see if their Dentist would even be able to deal with an orthodontic issue (since no one answered the phone when I called and the website was devoid of useful information). Front desk again knew absolutely nothing and kept returning to looking at her computer and ignoring me standing right in front of her. She would not clarify anything about
