A very good sense of urgency had me right there on time at my appointment. I did not have to wait. They’re so friendly, nice and professional. I love their business ethic.

Every visit to Aspen Dental in Lexington, NC is as pleasant as a dental visit can be. Everyone is super nice and professional. People in the office who I haven't even dealt with recently remember me and say hello, and ask how I am doing. It is a great dental practice.

I visited Aspen Dental over years ago and had great experience. I didnot go back for extractions at followup apptmt due to family circumstances with an adult with autism. I scheduled again this past week. My visit I felt was very eratic..tech had issues with getting xray. Dentist or assistant came in..was in maybe 5 min. ..said root canal and full cleaning..but only have a person that does root canal once a month so would be in 2026, which was main reason i was there.They maxed out my insurance on projected 2025 coverage with 2 fillings and a cleaning plus 187.00. Only had an 830 am apptmt. I called and asked for a later one and girl was trying to fit in the cleaning and filling and would call me back..got no call. I found a regular dentist office in Asheboro, cancelled my appointment and

Although, I felt their financial process was less than patient friendly by charging way to much and charge it up front. They had to send my 2 crowns back because they dint fit right. That was understandable and he didnt try to charge me 2ce. But he had another dentist seal them with the cement and 1 came out about a month later. It was on a weekend and I called the emergency holiness. They called me back and told me to come in at 8am Monday. I did and they had no clue I was coming. There was another guy who has had appointments at the same time as me He had a crown fall out too. They told us we would have to wait indefinitely or schedule an apt. The guy asked for his records. I finally asked for mother apt .. I get there on time. Im told to pay 1600.00 Im like, no, Im here to g

Was easy to get and emergency appointment. Very nice people to work with from receptionist to all assistants. Dentist was awesome. No pain!! So thankful for such caring folks.
