Aspen Dental - Killeen, TX

I highly recommend Dr. Haynes for her exceptional care and dedication to her patients. She was incredibly sweet and present, which made us feel safe throughout the process. My husband was certain that his tooth couldn’t be saved, but Dr. Haynes assured us that it could be. Nick, the office manager, was nice and incredibly supportive in helping us with financing, and we were approved, which really relieved our stress. The front desk clerks, especially Ms. Shalece, were very welcoming and made our check-in process smooth. Additionally, Ms. Crystal was wonderful in coordinating appointments that fit both mine and my husband’s schedules, even accommodating my changes with kindness and understanding. Literally all the dental personnel are amazing. Very nice and actually care. I think her name was Ney, or something similar, but she was an absolute gem. When I got my wisdom teeth removed, all the staff were very patient (I hate needles) and took care of me. Even the doctor himself was amazing and very nice. The techs were super supportive and made sure I felt safe. I went to the Temple Aspen and they literally suck. This Aspen took very good care of me.

I had a dental emergency and I was able to get an appointment the same day. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist and office manager were so warm and friendly(I'm sorry I did not catch their names). Ney took me back and immediately put me at ease. She is very upbeat and caring. When Dr. Sales and Brooklyn came to see me they were both kind and truly wanted to make sure I was out of pain. I really appreciate the kindness I was shown. I look forward to continuing my dental care here and that means a lot considering my dental anxiety. Thank you Aspen Dental !

Came here nervous but left (and I'm coming back) satisfied, calmer and happy. All the staff was polite, profesional, understanding and kind. They were amazing! The dental assistant "Ney", was really sweet, gentle, attentive and nice! I felt at ease with her and she even spoke to me in Spanish (Is my first language). The dental hygienist was also very attentive and kind, along with the doctor "Haynes", who went through every detail and explained nicely all the process and all my questions too. They were awesome!! Also, the rest of the all staff too like the person who received me and greet me at the front and helped me with my questions patiently and was also very kind (Can't remember her name, sadly); And between them, "Nicole", who helped me by the end with explaining to me about the pay

I must admit, from childhood going to the dentist is one of my lifetime nightmares. It's never a good time....until today. I found Aspen and Dr. Haynes through Google, they had many good reviews, real...bot...I didn't know. Well, I'm real and their reviews are valid. I had a great experience from the front of the house to the back of the house, everyone was professional and extremely friendly. I've literally never had a better visit. Thank you and I'll definitely make Aspen Dental my primary care, dentistry will never be my "go to for fun" but they helped not make it Nightmare on Elms.
