Aspen Dental - Jupiter, FL

I would honestly give this place zero stars if Google allowed it. The star literally goes to the dental assistant, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I initially found this office through a promotional Invisalign ad while shopping around and booked an appointment since they’re close to me. That appointment was canceled because they apparently have a half day on Fridays and don’t want to see patients after a certain time. If an appointment is offered and confirmed, it should be honored — that should not be the customer’s problem. I rescheduled for another day and time. I arrived around 8:50 AM for my 9:00 AM appointment. Once again, the dental assistant was wonderful. However, when the doctor came in, the entire tone changed. She had a very rude attitude, and the interaction immediately

Shoreline smiles is the best dentist I’ve ever had. From Chloe to Dr Joe and the 2 amazing lady’s in front desk Olivia and Donna. Everyone there is kind and really cares about you.

I would rate Aspen Dental in Jupiter a zero if I could. My crown fell off and all I wanted was an appointment to come in and get it reattached. I spent over 1 hour trying to call before I heard a human… I just kept getting a voicemail . Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and tried again. When I finally spoke to the office manager, he asked a few questions and put me on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I actually got in my car and drove to the office thinking they must be slammed busy. I walked in (still on hold) and he was all by himself at his desk pleasant as could be. When I told him who I was, he said. “ yes you are the 4 pm appointment. I told him that he never confirmed the time and he put me on hold. He said he had not idea what happened. Then comes back and te

Kay was such an amazing person!!! You guys are so lucky to have such a nice caring person at the front desk. I’m the person to be very nervous about dentist appointments and her energy when walked in was beyond great!!! Even post appointment she educated me extremely well! This place is amazing!

A great deep cleaning by Nedjie. Hard to believe but my teeth actually feel better now that they are so clean. I can’t say enough about the entire staff here. They get you in promptly and take care of your issues. I feel like my teeth are on the road to recovery!
