Aspen Dental - Jensen Beach, FL

Had an early morning appointment - took about 45 mins to be called back for a new patient appointment. After going through the x-rays (like 20 of them), I was sat in a room to wait. Finally they guy came back did a couple things on the computer and then said the hygienist would be in....wait....she finally comes in and explains that she will do the gum test and be calling out numbers (mind you I have had this done before). She starts going and touching about every other tooth calling out random numbers between 1-5...the times I have had this done before, they were far more thorough and done with care. Then she proceeds to "explain" the results sounding very much like a sales pitch and scripted to make you think you have problems, then says the Doctor will be in. Again...wait....after

Dr. Jade and Amber and the whole staff were accommodating and kind and patient with 92-year-old grandmother. Very appreciative of all their kindness and hard work.

I had a great experience at this office. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt confident in the care I received and appreciated how detailed and professional she was. They took me out of pain! Definitely coming back

My first visit at Aspen today was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly & very knowledgeable about their job & explained it easy to understand. I went in today for an emergency extraction, I had been in pain for 2 weeks. My mouth is really bad, I lost my first tooth at 15 and it’s just been downhill since but my partner and I don’t have any money, we live paycheck to paycheck. My visit was wonderful from start to finish, not only did they get me in super quickly but they made sure we’d be able to pay. I’m terribly afraid of the dentist and I was reassured and comforted every step of the way. My fiance was allowed with me so he could hold my hand. I will be coming back for my comprehensive exam, and hopefully to get me pain free and smiling again forever, as we feel we don’t have to be so afraid of price. Thank you, guys. I have never been so hopeful for my future. I can’t wait to be back!
