Aspen Dental - Indianapolis, IN - Southport Rd

Aspen dental is wonderful. All of the staff is very polite and courteous. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes before being seen. I was just in and I was seen by Nakeisha at the Aspen dental located on Southport road and I just loved her. She's was very nice and courteous and took very good care of me. If you need dental care this is definitely the place to go!!

Since I started getting my care from Aspen Dental, I have been very happy with their staff. The medical staff do a great job. More importantly, their office staff do an absolutely fantastic job. My previous dental provider was good. But his office staff was terrible. The last straw was when a member of the office staff treated my wife very shabbily and I had had enough. We made the switch to Aspen Dental and I have been very happy ever since.

This office has ALL the positive vibes! It was such a great experience. Tierra was gentle and informative. Kristen broke down everything about the cost so easily. Everyone was in a great mood. Dr. Landau is THE best dentist I've come across so far in my lifetime.

The receptionist cancelled my appointment 11 days before it was scheduled. She was leaving me voicemails that I assumed were just reminders last week. Yet she decided to cancel an appointment almost 2 weeks before it's supposed to happen because your client won't pick up because he's at work? When I tried to call back it goes to their automated machine and you have to stay on the line to even talk to someone in person. I never remember signing anything that indicated the absence of responding to reminder calls as being a terms for cancellation of for services especially when the appointment is well over a week away. I have never missed an appointment. Maybe they wanted my appointment space for someone else. Understand you are playing with people's livelihoods and schedules when make reckle

So glad I get my dental care at this office. Best front office staff as well as dental professionals. Recommend them highly. I am moving soon and another Aspen Dental will be closer but I’m sticking with my favorite crew!
