Aspen Dental - Hutchinson, KS

I am in the beginning stages but I must say I am very pleased with Aspen Dental. They have a very compassionate staff and efficient service. Dr. Dillon was GREAT! My lose tooth had been hurting for several days and I'd even tried to pull it myself because it hurt so bad. They got me right in and then were able to extract that tooth right away as well. Next stage is dentures. I hope they are great as well. I will review when that process is in place.

I had put a review on here before and it was a positive one. After a couple days, I'm changing my mind. I haven't even gotten my extractions done yet. I told them I wanted a strong, durable, permanent partial for my upper and lower.They recommended the metal partials, and I said, I wanted them after they showed me the model of. I went to see the actual manager lady and I was concerned about a lot of things.And was asking questions, she priced everything out for me, wrote everything down.In order. She even showed me the same exact metal partial model that the doctor had shown me when I came in for my appointment. Just to find out that she had priced me for an acrylic partial. The least durable one that they had and that the original one. They said that I would get costs almost 700$ more tha

I walked in expecting only an exam and follow-up paperwork, assuming the remainder of the treatment would be scheduled later if I decided to proceed. To my surprise, I was able to begin the first part of my dental treatment plan that same day. The team fit me in immediately, which left me both grateful and emotional. My entire dental experience was far less stressful than I anticipated. As someone who is very anxious about dental visits, I was especially appreciative of Dr. Bre, who was compassionate, reassuring, and committed to supporting me throughout the entire process. The staff worked with me on payment options, and over the past year my oral health journey has gone much better than I ever expected. Horrible place. Overly priced, does not listen, pain management is a joke. The process of getting dentures has been a nightmare. They wont give a refund when extremely dissatisfied. Regret it. Usually pretty easy to deal with. But I payed thousands of dollars for a nightmare 😖

If I could give them more stars I most certainly would. They truly took the time to look at my teeth and explained everything so clearly. Everyone was incredibly patient kind and willing to answer all of my questions. Such a sweet and amazing experience.”
