Aspen Dental - Horseheads, NY

I had a pleasant experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone was courteous and explained each procedure in full detail and asked me if I had any questions at every step. My follow up appointment was scheduled promptly and I was happy to have my dental work done quickly.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Aspen Dental. My best friend came here in excruciating pain, crying almost nonstop because she needed a tooth pulled. Instead of helping her, they made her wait over an hour while she suffered. She finally saw the doctor and guess what they didn’t do anything except give her antibiotics and some strong ibuprofen. They told her since she has wisdom teeth coming in that they would need to schedule her to have them removed. With the doctor that only comes in once a month. They wanted her to be in agonizing pain for god knows how long and schedule with that doctor. You’d think that they would have compassion since she was visibly in horrible pain and they didn’t care in the slightest. She told them she needed the broken tooth pulled that isn’t a wisdom too

Let’s start with I’ve never made a review before but my experience here must be shared! I’ve been to dentist from Rochester to Corning and I’ve never had a better experience than I have here. The staff and the dentist were so kind and welcoming, they answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable during my procedure. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist , but this place may have changed my mind. I felt heard with what I wanted and no one rushed me or placed my concerns on a “back burner”. They do not take my insurance so I did pay out of pocket but I would do this 100 times over just because of how professional and knowledgeable this place is. Definitely somewhere I would recommend giving a call and checking out if you’re thinking about a dentist office.

The professional who cleans my teeth, Kristen, is the best person in the dental field I have ever met. Very considerate and not condescending. Highly suggest Aspen Dental because of her, it's a wonderful place to go for dental needs.

I came to Aspen because they assured me that I could get extractions and a partial fitted same day. When I came in for my initial visit I was informed that "one"lower tooth needed extracted . They scheduled me to come back for a mouth scan for a partial. At that time I realized another tooth seemed to possibly be problematic. I asked the Dr. should this other tooth come out. His reply was oh yes, how did i overlook that. ( easy, he never really examined my mouth physically). So upon scanning , it was noted that both teeth would be extracted. The scan was submitted to an outside lab. I was called in a few weeks to come in for my same day extractions and partial fitting. (As the partial had arrived at their office. ) I was out of state and excited to have this completed before the holidays s
