Aspen Dental - Haines City, FL

My visit today everyone was so awesome. I had a deep cleaning and tooth removal. The receptionist knew me by name (loved that she remembered me) the dentist who did my teeth cleaning was amazing. Always making sure I was comfortable. Then the dentist and dental assistant who did my tooth removal were both just as amazing. Making sure I couldn’t feel anything and doing so quickly. I will be coming back. Sorry I could remember their names.

It genuinely felt like the first time I had ever visited a truly professional dental practice. The level of care and attention to detail made me realize how many places I had gone to before simply did not meet that standard. What makes it even more impressive is that this clinic is located in a much smaller city than Miami, where I lived for 15 years. Fernando handled my cleaning, and he was outstanding. My teeth are extremely sensitive, yet he was careful, precise, and managed to make the entire process far less painful than I expected. The dentist, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was also excellent. I look forward to continuing my dental care with this team.

Before going I read a few reviews and even though most were negative I gave it a shot to see for myself , came in for a filling and instead left with no filling a waste of 3 hours and an estimate of what they suggested I do instead of what I came in for and guess what the estimate was ? ,$11,000 bucks yes that is correct and I have great teeth and a set of crowns that were already done , so they told I need a root canal and would be 3 weeks before the specialist was in, so I decided to wait just for that , called to confirm appointment and telling me he doesn’t have time, I’m in sales and this is for sure only a place that cares about what’s going on the doctors pockets and not there for the customer, now I’m stuck with a tooth ache trying to start over from scratch, I would not recommend

Aspen Dental did an outstanding job with my implant procedure. The process for each phase was explained in detail so that I had a clear understanding of what to expect. The office staff, dental assistants and dentists were kind, efficient and professional. While the procedures were being done, I was comfortable and relaxed. The dentists were very skilled and made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. The implant color and shape matched very well, and it feels stable and comfortable. Each phase of the process went very well, and I am glad that I had the implant done. Now I can smile with confidence again without worrying about the missing tooth!

When you first walk in they greet you nicely the doctor that came in didn’t bother saying let’s try to save some teeth. Let’s try to see what we can do to help you out. He went straight for implants. He told me it was gonna be $11,000. then they have you waiting in the waiting room for like 45 minutes and then they tell you all we don’t have anything ready yet they give me like five more minutes so I can give you the estimate if I can give negative stars, I would I do not recommend this to anybody
