Incredibly kind, patient, encouraging, and caring staff. I came in feeling very anxious and ashamed after 6+ years without dental care due to a dental emergency. They never once made me feel ashamed, just empowered and cared for. From the administrative team to the technicians to the dentist himself, everyone I encountered was so incredibly kind, helpful, and patient, even though I was very scared and had a lot of questions. The pricing was the scariest part, which I expected without insurance, but they never made me feel bad for having questions or needing other options. That said, it was more expensive than the website suggested, depending on the services needed. But you can at least get an evaluation with X-rays and a treatment plan very affordably, during which the full costs of a futu

Very personable, clean, well managed! The nervousness of the dentist office was not bad at all. They made sure I was comfortable. Everything was thoroughly explained. I’m confident Aspen Dental will suffice all my dental needs.

February 4, 2026 I had a pleasant experience. The staff welcomed me when I arrived. The wait time was great. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. A. was great and explained my X Rays and made recommendations. Adrian and Yara, the assistants were pleasant and professional. The office manager was great, knowledgeable and very helpful. My teeth fits great. Adjustments were completed before I left the office to my satisfaction. I give Aspen Dental a 10. Thank you!!!!

Please don't offer Saturday appointments if you can't honor them. I am new to area and chose Apsen Dental because they offer Saturday appointments but this is second time they cancelled the appointment. I booked appointment 2/7 for 3/7. Two days before appointment I received text and email indicating I need to reschedule. The email mentioned Chester which is where my first cancelled appointment was so thought it was mistake until got call today confirming new appointment also cancelled. I will seek a different dentist at this point.

Billing estimates are very bad. Paid an unexpected $400+ extra due to incorrect insurance estimates, after being assured that the $300+ I paid up front would be the entire cost. Totaling $700+! I have to find another provider since the trust is gone which is unfortunate because the staff here are very friendly, conversational, and welcoming. If not for the unexpected costs, I would have recommended this place to anyone.
