I can’t express how happy and blessed I feel about my experience with everyone at Aspen Dental. I was treated with such respect, kindness and most importantly to me, dignity. From the lady who helped me set up my appointment over the phone, to the receptionist who checked me in, the wonderful ladies who did all of my X-rays, the doctor himself, the hygienist, the gentleman who examined my gums and especially the amazing office manager who helped me figure out my finances to help get my oral health and especially my smile back. Honestly, everyone was so amazing and made me feel so much better than I how I felt walking in to my appointment today. I had sadly neglected my oral health for a lot of my adult life due to, well life … my personal circumstances and financial situations, etc and my

Alah, Teresa, Gabby and Dr.Montiel were amazing and knowledgeable about what the perfect smile should look like to match your expectations. Daughter had an appointment at 2:15 we arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment and at 2:46 we felt we waited long enough with out being seen or even explaining why. We drove all the way from Navarre and pulled our daught out early from school to have my 7 year olds dental appointment. This place was a horrible experience. The one in gulf breeze is much better but won't see children. Now I know Aspen dental at fort walton beach doesn't know how to be efficient. Seriously go anywhere eles. Edit: it wasn't just the wait but also the lack of information as to when we would be seen. Booking months in advance and showing up the required 15 mins early. Pulling my kids out of school and traveling from navarre. You could just tell me what was going on? You took a walk in back before my daughter.

They were very nice. By far the smoothest interaction I have had with a tooth absese and any dental process before. Paying 100 a month is much easier than the thousand or so upfront others would ask

I had an amazing experience, Kayla was so sweet taking my xrays, the hygienist was hard to understand but he took his time explaining everything after measuring my gums. Dr Montiel is so handsome and he speaks Spanish! After the exam, Therese the office manager sat down with me to go over the treatment prescribed and she got me in the same day for treatment. 10/10 will tell all my friends and family to go here.
