I had a truly excellent experience. Every member of the staff was professional, efficient, and consistently kind. From start to finish, the care I received was thorough and thoughtful. The exam was comprehensive, and the conversation around my care plan and next steps was clear, detailed, and reassuring. Prior to this visit, I had contacted and visited no fewer than eight other dental offices, including specialists, in an effort to address an urgent dental issue. While some were courteous, none were accommodating or able to assist in a meaningful way. From the initial phone call to scheduling a same-day appointment and being evaluated promptly, the experience exceeded my expectations. Aspen Dental delivered exceptional care from beginning to end truly a 10 out of 10.

I've always been very pleased with Dr. Plummer and Dr. Himel. They are very attentive and listens if I feel any discomforts. They try their best to make sure I have a pleasant visit even though they know how I dislike being in the dental chair. This location is Awesome. The staff is very professional and definitely educated. I was so so nervous from the front door to the procedure room, the nervousness left a little at a time. Explaining the details and answering questions makes a huge difference when you have someone scared like me. The office manager is Awesome. love her spirit. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. The entire team is kind, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable. Dr. Himmel is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and patient. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel completely at ease. You can truly tell she cares deeply about her patients and takes pride in her work.
