Great service all around! Julie and Anna are wonderful and kept me updated on appointments and the financial pieces of my treatment plan. I am happy they were able to get me in ASAP to address my pain and Tracy the hygienist did a wonderful job with my cleanings and was very personable and helpful! Thank you!!:)

Aspen Dental in Cicero was clean, the front staff were friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. The dental assistant was so efficient and professional and then I met Tracy, the dental hygienist who was amazing! Between her and her assistant they explained everything to me and gave me instructions and information that my last dentist should have been treating me a long time ago!! Thank goodness he dropped my insurance and I found Aspen Dental! Then the dentist came in! He was the icing on the cake! I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and knowledge. Went in with a broken denture that was only 6 months old, was given an appointment right away and repaired the denture. Unfortunately they kept breaking 4 times. They finally made me a new set,and I am very happy with them despite the constant repairs. The staff is great there. The new denture feels great. 😁 thanks again

As always, treated with courtesy and respect. Julie was very helpful in getting my appointment changed to a later date as I was going out of town and would not be able to make the December 8th appointment. She called right after we hung up and asked if I could come in at 3:00 today as Amy had informed her that my partial was ready. So happy. Do not know the name of the young lady who fitted me with them but she was wonderful. They were a little tight on the lower right side, took them back to have adjusted. Came back, fit perfect. My visit with Dr. Jose Alvarez was, without question, one of the most poorly handled and unprofessional dental experiences I’ve ever had. I had a confirmed appointment for a simple tooth bonding repair — a procedure I had previously received at this office and clearly communicated when booking. Despite that, I was taken back for X-rays I did not need (and never had) left waiting with no explanation, and then informed out of nowhere that my appointment had been “scheduled wrong” and I would not be seen. This was never mentioned beforehand, and the lack of communication was unbelievable. After another long wait to speak with the manager, I was told the dentist refused to see me due to a supposed scheduling issue.
