Aspen Dental - Cheektowaga, NY

I have been coming here for about 2 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and works with you to provide the best experience! I have nothing but positive words and experiences from Aspen Dental Group. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend!

Lovely staff and experience. After nightmare issues from my last dentist I had to go here last minute cause of tooth pain. They walked me through everything, listened well and explained everything thoroughly, showing me my x-rays and explaining in detail the issues, where they are and what can be done. They also let me know pricing and didn't force me to get anything right away. If they took my insurance I would definitely use them as my regular dentist.

The staff were incredibly kind and supportive. They worked with me on my immediate need (broken tooth) and gave me all the information I needed to make a treatment plan I could feel good about and afford. I never hated the dentist because of pain- but I’ve struggled with personalities due to the condition of my teeth caused by issues beyond my control. I was immediately reassured and actually feel excited about my future appointments.

The atmosphere of the whole practice is very friendly and welcoming. Staff is kind and is fully understanding of how difficult going to the dentist can be for some of us. Recently, I had to get some things done before a surgery, and they were so accommodating, as well as, some creative problem solving when something arose that was not known or planned for. I'm so glad I found them, and unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

I received emergency dental treatment by Dr Patel. She was very soft spoken and reassuring. I have a broad history of fear when it comes to having any type of dental care. I was comfortable and supported to the very end. Tanner (Manager) was awesome. He was very calm and informative. Also, the dental assistant...I can't think of her name but she was awesome as well.
