Aspen Dental - Canandaigua, NY

I am one that is afraid of going to the dentist. Caitlyn was amazing put me at ease doing my X-rays where usually I always have a hard time taking them . Dr Brain was awesome . The staff here is so professional and welcoming . Thank you to Maddy for helping me and the information she gave for financial assistance. So looking forward to my future visits . Wish I would have found you sooner .

The people at Aspen Dental here in Canandaigua, NY have been super helpful to me. Recently, I received a large bill which seemed like more than I thought I would have to pay. I brought it in and they immediately recognized that my dental insurance had incorrectly classified the procedure. The Aspen Dental people went to bat for me, resubmitted the bill, and argued that I should pay significantly less. When I came back a few weeks later, they confirmed that the insurance had paid the whole bill!! I am so thankful for having a dentist who looks out for me! Thank you, Aspen Dental!!

Went to an appointment to find out they don’t accept my insurance I called over the phone they refused to tell me. They told me “we accept a lot of insurances. Someone will call you before your appointment to make sure” no one called. I drove to my appointment to have them tell me “we don’t not accept your insurance but you can pay in cash” I told them I had no money for that the sighed and said “we can send some one a link for they can pay for you” I told them that i do not. Then they talked down to me because I could not afford care. Remind you I am holding my face because I had a tooth break. Also even googling my dental insurance it says they accept it. So anyone looking for a dentist please do not let them refuse to tell you what insurance they take. Also to add after all of that. The

Today's appointment at Aspen was exceptional. I was back meeting my Hygienist within 10 minutes of walking through the door at the Canandaigua location. Veronica, was friendly and attentive, making light conversation while thoroughly cleaning my teeth. I felt comfortable in her care.
