Aspen Dental - Beckley, WV

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Beckley, West Virginia. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and very thorough. They took their time with the exam, explained everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood what was going on before discussing next steps. I really appreciated how detailed they were. Nothing felt rushed or confusing. The treatment plan they presented was straightforward, reasonable, and well explained, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Dr. Nichols was kind and professional, and the entire office worked together seamlessly to provide excellent care. The environment was clean, organized, and very efficient. Hannah, RDH was absolutely wonderful!!! I had some major anxiety coming in for a deep cleaning and she made sure I was super comfortable with every step. The entire staff has been amazing through this journey so far. I would recommend to everyone!!! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Very clean and organized office. The hygienist was so very sweet and had a caring attitude. The young lady that was taking my X-rays was very patient and kind with me. The dentist didn’t try to talk me into this or that, just gave me a plan of action. I like that because others have not been so kind.

I’m just not sure what to say about the way I felt when I left this place. I will start with…if I was the owner I would be concerned!! Talking on the phone to people was great! Everyone was super friendly and quick about returning phone calls. The receptionist was great and she helped with any questions I had. The back of the office was a totally different experience. I was seen by a couple different girls but could not tell you their names because NONE introduced themselves or even asked what I needed done. Now mind you my teeth are in horrible shape. I knew that I would need extensive work done. After contacting several dentists to find one who would work on dentures they did not make themselves, Aspen's phone reception said that IS possible here. They were polite on the phone, explaining my husband would need an exam and X-ray before seeing what can be done for his denture adjustment. I had advised Aspen by phone about the experiences we've had and difficulty getting adjustments where the dentures were made. My husband is unable to eat anything but soups and soft foods due to the pain from rubbing into a sore spot. Aspen gave the impression by phone that we would pay out of pocket (agreed) and that setting a date for the adjustment would be done after the initial appointment.
