I had the best experience! Everyone on the staff was super friendly and really cared about your health. The office manager was great at explaining things. Thank you, Miss Cynthia, for all your help. Lenny and Priscilla were also super sweet and friendly, and Miss Crystal took my x-rays. Dr. Lindsay is an amazing doctor, and the hygienist really knows what they're talking about. The office is really clean.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental even during a difficult appointment. I went in for a painful tooth infection and everything was handled quickly, professionally, and carefully. When the office told me the doctor was not in network, I went anyway because initial exams are affordable as cash pay. They helped me get scheduled at the Port Arthur location for everything that would be covered there but not in Beaumont. I’ll be suggesting them to family and friends.

Chelsea, the hygienist that took care of me during my appointment today went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every aspect of my appointment. I originally came in for a check up / first time appointment with concerns of pain in my jaw and I was able to get same day treatment and financing which is the only reason I was able to treat me issues today and get a plan in place to treat the others! 10/10 service all around. Special shoutout to Chelsea and the front desk lady, whom I did not catch her name.

Great staff. Very friendly and quick. Had the latest dentist technology, even the important cancer screening. The dentist listened, offered options and we came up with a plan together!! Totally recommend❤️
