Aspen Dental - Augusta, ME

As a new patient I am very pleased with my first establishing appointment. Everyone is friendly , helpful , and explained everything up front. Everyone from the front desk to checking out everyone was polite and cheerful .

I have recently spent time in the waiting room of Aspen Dental and witnessed interactions between staff and patients. Jen serves as the first point of contact, greeting patients either at the front desk or over the phone with a blend of practiced professionalism and genuine care. In a field where clinical skill often takes center stage, Jen is exemplary because she sets the tone for the patient’s experience. She is polite and considerate, actively listens, and communicates clearly. She is a joy and I hope she is able to serve as a role model for others in her position.

they don’t return phone calls apparently Lastly for my first visit, they didn’t even do the routine “cleaning” that you get when you go to every other dental office Didn’t feel like I was treated as a patient of value; but then I realized it was probably because they had my insurance wrong and assumed I wouldn’t have any value to them Had an 8:30 appointment got there early, waited until 9:15; watched people who arrived after me (also with an 8:30 appointment) go back first Which like I said they barely did anything so it’s not like “oh new patient visits take longer” Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service I won’t be return here or to any other Aspen Dental ever UPDATE: I’ve removed the comment about Jonas being rude; maybe he had an off day, since then he’s assisted me on multiple occ

The Augusta office was so warm, welcoming, and very accommodating for my son’s needs. They walked me through everything start to finish. I know what exactly to expect to meet my son’s dental care needs. Additionally, the price was way better than anticipated. Thank you to the team at Aspen Dental in Augusta. Thank you for taking care of my son.

Tammy Nutting is the kindest individual I’ve ever encountered in customer service! Kind, professional, thoughtful and works hard to make your experience the best possible!!!!! Jenny the receptionist is just horrible…..horrible via phone, treats everyone walking in the door horribly! I personally watched her mistreat 4 families including a disabled child while I was there! She should definitely not be working with the public!!! Her poor teammates have to deal with frustrated patients ALL day because of their initial interaction with the front desk at check in!!!! Everyone else is so pleasant, supportive and helpful!!!! Tammy Nutting is truly the best person and excellent at her job! She deserves HIGH praise!!!!
