Aspen Dental - Adrian, MI

So far I'm so happy with Aspen Dental in Adrian MI. The staff are knowledgeable and so friendly! I had a much needed deep cleaning by Christine, and my gums and teeth felt so good afterwards. They also did GREAT with my 31 year old autistic son who, of course, is not a big fan of dentistry! I did work as a dental hygienist for over 30 years, so I like to think I'm a good judgment on dental offices. Brittany and Mackenzie are both wonderful as well. We saw Dr Ly and she as well was great. When I needed a small adjustment they got me in right away. All fees and treatment plans were explained fully. I highly recommend Aspen to friends and family.

My experience with the hygienist was amazing. I haven’t felt this confident with my smile in such a long time. I was so nervous with my cleaning since I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a very long time but she made me feel welcomed I would 10/10 recommend her!! I can’t even recognize my smile 😁 from how nice it is. The staff was also very generous with expressing kindness and explaining everything to me from from my x-rays. I also appreciate Dr Ly for devising a plan to get me back on track !!!!! Thanks to wonderful staff at Aspen Dental I feel like I can smile again !!!! Muchas gracias a todas ❤️❤️❤️

Staff was amazingly accommodating when I brought my mom in for an appointment. Our appointment was somehow not a on their schedule but they made time to see my mom. She has dementia and it is very difficult to get her out of the house. She was difficult to deal with but the team at Aspen Dental dealt with the situation in a calm, professional manner. Thank you again!

Been doing the mottos and teeth cleaning. Always great service from the initial consult to these recent visits. The receptionist is super attentive and knows you by name. The financial team was very informative and helped with the assistance I needed. The hygienist also very informative and knowledgeable with the questions I had about my care plan and treatments. She gets my teeth cleaned thoroughly and does a great job. Makes sure it's not too much pressure on my teeth to cause unnecessary pain because some pain/uncomfortableness is expected with any dental procedure. Overall, I enjoy my experiences here. Love feeling my clean teeth after my appointments. I would definitely recommend here for all these reasons and more.

Very curteous and professional. Explained everything needed to be paid, payment arrangements as needed and were incredibly helpful! Amazing bedside manner and friendly to our lil daughter, complimenting her shirt and overall making an emergency visit way easier on me. Thank you to the staff on duty!
