Ascent Walk in Clinic

I have been going to Ascent urgent care for years and continue to go there as my first choice always when needed. They are usually always quick and efficient. Fred Keys in particular goes above and beyond for the care of his patients. He truly cares about each case and has helped my kids and I when we are in need. I appreciate their kindness and upmost care everytime. Come highly recommended from my family! Thanks for all you guys do!

Every staff member was extremely friendly. The office was clean and we were in and out in about 15-20 minutes. The Doctor was great.

Everyone was so patient and helpful. Dr. Freddy Keys was incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and kind. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things well. Kim was also very nice and gentle when administering the shots I needed and they made me feel better pretty quickly. I’m excited to have found a great place to come for care.

This clinic is the best in this area! Dr. Fred Keys takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about you. Unfortunately finding a good doctor is not very easy, but you will be impressed by the knowledge and compassion Fred has for his patients !

Made 2 appointments. Ended up being there over an hour and several people (3 that I noticed) were taken before us even though they walked in after our paperwork was taken. The final straw was we didn't see the doctor we made the appointment with. Extremely disappointing when my kids are used to and comfortable with a certain Dr. I will say the practitioner we saw was great. We generally have a good experience so hopefully this doesn't become the norm.
