Ascension St. Vincent's Lung Institute - Clay

I have been going to this place for years and that's when Dr. Hovda was there. I use to see her to get refill on my medication. After she left i begin seeing Dr. Burnett and after few months i call to make a follow-up appointment with her and they told me she no longer working but someone else will see me. I made a appointment for October 14 i arrive that day pay my copay and the doctor i saw she was very friendly and she told me the she's retired and only works one a week and also she doesn't have a license to sign up for my prescription but she will have another doctor sign for my prescription. Well it's have been over 3 weeks and i have been calling to find out what happen with my medication and they keep giving me the run around even my pharmacy sent for more refill and it came back

I had a great experience from check in to check out. Received link to pre register therefore, I was seated immediately and promptly taken back to meet the doctor. He is extremely pleasant and informative. I am happy to be a patient there.

The health care that I receive from Dr. Hanna and his team is exceptional. The group is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, and they demonstrate a sincere practice of compassion. I am so fortunate to have them as my team. I highly recommend Dr. Hanna and the group without reservation or qualification.

The staff was friendly and explained clearly results on test. I felt I was part of the team in making choices of my care.

Staff was welcoming. Big, comfortable waiting area. Doctor was friendly, professional and approachable. The door attendants were quick to assist, too. Top notch visit, all around!
