I had an exceptional experience during my recent hospital stay with my son, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team. From the moment we arrived, the care and professionalism were outstanding. A special shoutout to Ali, the ER nurse who took care of my son with such compassion and expertise. Ali’s kindness and attentiveness made a difficult time much easier for our family. Every staff member we encountered was dedicated, friendly, and truly committed to providing the best care possible. I am deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to our positive experience and highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.

Hade total hysterectomy yesterday with Meena Demetrius. My surgery preparation started 6:15 and we been out before noon. Very nise professional caring nurse in pre op and after surgery out ,5+ for them!! Onastaziologest did grate job!!! I didn't hade any nausea ore dizziness after .

Even though I was sick as a rabid fox, I was taken care of in the best way possible. The nursing staff was kind and concerned about the way I feel. It should be the standard of all hospitals to be this great. Also the doctors that were taking care of the medical needs were thorough. They checked you and came of with the correct way to tackle your issues without giving you all the medical jargon that you wouldn't understand. They made you feel comfortable and at ease. The care from Ascension is what's needed and will be the best for you. It really was for me.

I brought my husband to ER on Friday morning and from the check in to the check out was great. This is the third time we used this hospital and everytime we had a good experience. This time we had to wait a little longer to get back to a ER room but that was because there were more critical patients that needed to be seen before him. We didn't have a problem with it and eventually he got back there and the staff was great, from the nurses, techs to the doctor. He was admitted for the weekend but was taken care of. He got to see all his doctors, a lot test was done quickly and they took very good care of him with all the meds. His release was easy & fast. I was initially going to Baptist but missed the exit and ended up going to St. Vincent ascension. MAN WAS IT A GOD SEND! They didn’t just throw pain meds at me and discharge me. My ER doctor was amazing I wish I got her name she was working 1/18/26 night shift blonde. She scheduled me for an emergency MRI the tech couldn’t come until the morning. Had my MRI done by 8. I was transferred to Ascension main downtown. Saw the neurologist and scheduled for back surgery the next morning. What a gentle and amazing team! From Dr. Ziu’s PA to his nurses prepping me for pre-op Alena M. And Krishawna were a great stat to everything. Jess made sure I was checked on regularly and comfortable. As well as my nurse anesthetist who graduated first in his class forgot his name blame it on the bartender. lol.
