Was treated at STJ main ER for extreme ongoing symptoms with post positive Covid test day 10. Clinical workup at main was robust with no life threatening complications. However, aftercare post-discharge same day was a ZERO. ZERO compassion, zero empathy, zero solutions or recommendations. Came to this Urgent care the next morning for a second opinion and received compassionate, timely care and a plan to mitigate symptoms. I have used this urgent care 3 times in the last year and each experience has been as wonderful. Thank you for all you do.

I was quite frightened, I needn't have been. Everyone was so very caring and professional. I loved the PA I saw, she was super competent at the same time so friendly and kind. Finally everybody laughed when I showed them the photo of my cat in the fridge.😆

I recently visited Ascension St. John urgent care for an ear infection in my left ear. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist that made me feel welcomed and at ease, even though it was getting close to their closing time. I didn’t have to wait long before I was taken in for my examination. The doctor and assistant were professional. They listened to my concerns and did an examination in both ears! After my assessment, I received a diagnosis and a prescription was called in immediately. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my medication was ready for pick-up in just 30 minutes! This level of promptness is rare in healthcare settings and greatly appreciated when not feeling well.

If you have an appointment, they are usually very efficient and stick to time. Staff has always been courteous, healthcare providers are always efficient and focused on explaining what the plan of care is. They offer a good range of services and on-site testing.

Took our 3 year old for an ear infection today. Special thanks to the nurse Natalya she treated our little one like family. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes give or take and our prescriptions were called in immediately. Best urgent care in Tulsa
