I had my first visit with the dr in August. I did the treatment he recommended and was scheduled to come back 3 weeks later to discuss it along with the bloodwork that they did. 1 business day before the appointment, the office cancelled my appt, and when I called them to ask why they stated the dr wouldn't be in the office. I figured that things happen, I would make time off work to reschedule, and the soonest they could get me in again was 4 weeks later. Again, 1 business day prior they cancelled, stating the dr wouldn't be in the office. I told the office I was extremely unhappy with them cancelling again, and they claimed to make a note in my file that they cancelled on me twice, so they reacheduled me for their soonest appt which was 5 weeks later. 7-7-2020 was my first visit with Dr. Kristen Richardson. I was running very late for my scheduled app time. I called the office to let them know. Dr. Richardson said that she would still see me that same day. This told me then what a caring and kind doctor she was. There was very little wait time. Dr. Richardson took her time looking over my New Patient Forms, asked quite a few question and Exsplained what she was looking for with other testing she ordered. Thankful to be her patient.

I can't say enough about what a great and caring doctor that Dr. Hager is. She has really helped me a lot with my arthritic condition. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and friendly, the office just has a calm vibe to it which is nice and I've never had to wait for an appointment. Highly recommended. A+!

Would not recommend this medical group. This clinic cancelled my appointment without my knowledge, under protected ADA rights, which falls under medical discrimination based on prejudiced assumptions and politically motivated personal agendas. Office staff was rude & condescending and not willing to accommodate - even though their website clearly advertises their desire to accommodate all patients. Terrible medical practice.

I am very fortunate and blessed to have found this medical team. They are always on top of the latest information and research about Lupus and have always given me the correct medication and advice. I'm especially grateful that an O'Fallon office opened up because it is geographically more convenient for me and also because the staff there is very professional and nice.
