Dr. Balwant Arora was fantastic. I requested a phone consultation for my relative. She had an incident of facial burns with hot oil. A young woman. She was very worried about scar formation. This was mostly first degree burn with some chance of second degree. He suggested all immediate and follow up instructions in detail. Took time to answer questions. Fantastic gentleman doctor. I went in to get laser done on a medium area. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist, Carolyn who is always warm and welcoming. The laser technician, Elie is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She put my anxieties at rest and made the process as painless as possible (it is a laser zapping you so there will be a bit of pain 😅) I am coming up on my 5th out of 6 appointment and I have to say I am extremely pleased with my results. I can finally say goodbye to the razor and hairbumps! :D

Dr. Arora did an excellent job on my father’s surgery. He answered all our questions and concerns and was very honest and knowledgeable. He is very friendly. He made himself available any time of day we needed him before and after surgery. I would recommend him highly.

A little over a year ago, I suffered a significant trauma to my face.
