I came here because of the good reviews. The staff and hygienist were very welcoming and had positive attitudes. I communicated prior to making an appointment that I declined a recommendation in a previous dentist office and had my records sent over. I advised I only wanted to do a routine cleaning, if possible. I had time to come in before my scheduled appointment and thankfully they slipped me in short notice. I appreciate that. Unfortunately, the hygienist did recommend a similar treatment plan that I wasn't open to currently. I asked if I could kindly decline and leave as I had another obligation after the appointment. She brought in Dr. Arnould who sadly ruined the experience. She made a statement cutting me off while I was speaking that was uncalled for and unprovoked, "You don't get

I had been planning on switching dentists for a little while now and have heard good things about Arnould Dental. Originally, I had scheduled a cleaning appointment with them for the fall this year, but about a day later one of my fillings decided it didn't want to stay in there anymore. Getting an appointment set to check that filling out was quick, I had called them on 2025 May 30th and managed to get an appointment with them for 2025 June 3rd at 12:20 PM. I came in that day at roughly 12:10 PM to fill out the new patient form and was taken back to start the procedure at roughly 12:22 PM. I went here up till I was 18(just didn't look into being a patient there again because I'm procrastinating, they did nothing wrong). They are truly the best in Tulsa. I went annually for the most part and they always remembered me and my brothers. All the employees are super nice and make it a better experience. Even as a 5/6 year old I wasn't scared getting cavities removed and filled because they made it not so scary. The whole place is extremely clean. I've seen other dentist offices with splatters on the bottom of the chairs from previous DAYS of work. They actually clean here. When they do X-rays they actually let you see and they're happy to answer any questions, this is the only place that has let me see them.

I just received my semiannual cleaning with Deidra. As usual, she was very thorough and professional along with a personable touch. Somehow, she always keeps up with family details and provides a warm and welcoming environment for her patients.

I've been going here for 5-8 years at this point, not sure how long, but they're always excellent every time. Receptionists remember your face and greet you by name when you come in. Some people wonder if their dentist is ripping them off. You know how I know mine isn't? They just called to tell me that after insurance paid my claim, I have a CREDIT of $75 on my account. A CREDIT. A+
