Arnot Medical Services

We had an appointment at 2:10 and just got into the room at 3:16!! No announcement that he was delayed? As a courtesy they should state the doctor is behind and reschedule patients! My husband went in to use the restroom and fell in there hitting his head on the commode and mirror. They obviously see he is in distress. Really, this is typical on every visit. He has lung cancer, is really frail. Unbelievable!

Whoever the lady is on the second floor at the front counter has very little professionalism within her. I needed a paper to get signed and she said she would take it to the back and they would call me when it's done, I'm expecting that to be maybe a couple hours and I came back the next day and she said " the doctor won't be back until Friday so..." it's like she didn't even care. I'm probably going to stick to the other Arnot Hospital

Had 2 of the best Dr that have left with no back up they were Dr K Parker and Dr wong
