Arnot Health Dermatology

Do not go here unless you want to be billed by the hospital as well as the Dermatologist. They charged me for two office outpatient visits on my bill and when i called they told me it was because the facility is at the hospital. They also charged me for operating room expenses for my outpatient service... again they told me because the location was at the hospital. I just want to warn others because it seems unfair for them to charge more just because the facility is located where it is. I guess it is common practice but I was not aware of this. The staff is nice though so it isn't their fault. Just got me frustrated!

Staff is very kind , outgoing, empathetic. They really love to smile and try and make you smile. Laughter is the key to a healthy immune system. And you feel like you got a shot of vitamin c when leaving there. All jokes aside staff are really knowledgeable and accommodating. I look forward to continuing my care here.

There are many floors in this office for other doctors and services. They have guides all around to showcase where they are located. It’s a really quiet and nice doctor’s office and facility from Arnot.

Never heard of a place where they won't make an appointment for you after 3:00. I can't get in there to see anyone because the receptionist has been telling me that, yet they are open until 4:30. Absolutely ridiculous.
